3. Order tile samples quickly to your home

Once you have selected two or three favourites, we recommend ordering physical tile samples.

Depending on the product, we send either an original-size tile or a practical sample of approximately 15 × 25 cm.

7. Select your preferred delivery date

A preferred delivery date allows the tile delivery to be coordinated more closely with the construction schedule.

8. Pick up your tiles in Netstal

Not every customer requires home delivery.

Customers can also collect their tile order from our warehouse in Netstal.

Pickup can now be selected directly in the online shop.

The best solution depends on the project.

For a small quantity of tiles, pickup in Netstal may be simple and economical.

For orders of 30, 50 or 100 m², professional delivery is usually more convenient.

Tile size also matters.

Standard formats such as 30 × 60 cm or 60 × 60 cm are significantly easier to transport than large ceramic slabs measuring 120 × 240 cm, 120 × 280 cm or even 160 × 320 cm.

Large-format porcelain slabs therefore require careful planning for transport, handling and unloading.
