Sample delivery

We offer a shorter delivery time of 2-3 days for sample orders. These will be sent to you by post or parcel service for fast and convenient delivery. We understand that you may need to make a quick decision and we will therefore do our best to get the samples to you as quickly as possible.

As an architect, you are welcome to request several free samples to expand your sample library or to sample a project. As a private individual, you are also welcome to use our voucher: VT-Muster-2025 to get two free samples.

If you would like to have certain formats or several samples of the same tile, please do not hesitate to order customized samples from us by e-mail.

Our samples are carefully packed to ensure they are well protected during transit. 

We want to make sure that you have the opportunity to check the quality, color and texture of our products at your leisure at home. If you decide to make the final purchase, our regular delivery process is available to you with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.

As a planner, architect or tiler, you can benefit from further advantages such as free samples and special conditions for large orders.

If you need a high-quality presentation of the tiles, you can also order a sample folder from us, which can be filled with up to nine tiles of your choice.
