We want to make sure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently. In this sense, we would like to point out that, for insurance reasons, our logistics partners are unable to carry the goods directly into your home. Depending on the order, the weight and size of the materials can make this challenging.

We recommend that you organize the transport of the goods from the curb to your desired storage location in advance. This will allow you to handle the materials according to your individual requirements and preferences and ensure that they are placed exactly where you need them.

Please note that our standard delivery time is between 2 to 3 weeks. We will do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will inform you in good time and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

We offer a shorter delivery time of 2-3 days for sample orders. These are delivered to you by post and parcel service to provide you with fast and convenient shipping. We understand that you may need to make a quick decision and we will therefore do our best to get the samples on their way as quickly as possible.

Our samples are carefully packed to ensure they are well protected during transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

We want to make sure that you have the opportunity to check the quality, color and texture of our products at home. If you decide to make the final purchase, our regular delivery process is available to you, with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.

If required, we can organize a pick-up at our intermediate storage in Netstal, Canton of Glarus, which will significantly reduce your delivery costs. For this, you will need to organize the means of transport and the delivery yourself on a specific day. Please contact our team to plan a pick-up and order.

If you are not satisfied with your sample order, you can return it to us by post at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the returned tiles as soon as they arrive back with us undamaged.

The return shipment must be made within 16 days.
