Payment Options
Customers can choose from various payment options, which are specified in the seller's online shop:
1. Prepayment, due immediately after purchase (transfer to the seller's bank account). The amount should be paid within a maximum of 30 days. After this period, VITALE TILES AG reserves the right to cancel the order.
2. Debit / credit card: The ordered goods will always be shipped immediately after the payment has been credited.
3. TWINT: The ordered goods will always be shipped immediately after the payment has been credited.
4. Apple Pay / Google Pay: The ordered goods will always be shipped immediately after the payment has been credited.
5. Postfinance / Postcard: The ordered goods will always be shipped immediately after the payment has been credited.
6. PayPal: The ordered goods will always be shipped immediately after the payment has been credited.
7. Free of charge: Depending on the number of samples and the object, you can order samples from us free of charge by email.
In exceptional cases, the goods can be purchased on account. This option or other payment terms can be agreed separately between the seller and the customer. The payment term is usually 10 days from receipt of the invoice by the customer.
