Ragno Realstone Ceppo, porcelain stoneware inspired by Ceppo di Gré

Realstone Ceppo by Ragno takes inspiration from the unmistakable appearance of Ceppo di Gré.

The stone is characterised by clearly visible mineral and pebble inclusions in different sizes embedded within a relatively neutral background.

This natural structure gives Ceppo a very different appearance from marble, travertine or conventional concrete effects.

Ragno recreates the material in Colorbody porcelain stoneware.

The collection consists of four colours, Bianco, Grigio, Beige and Antracite.

At VITALE TILES, products such as Ceppo Beige are available alongside the other Realstone Ceppo colours and technical variations.

The collection can also be compared with further stone look tiles.

Ceppo Bianco, a lighter Ceppo di Gré interpretation

Bianco is the lightest colour in Realstone Ceppo.

Its pale base keeps interiors bright while allowing the characteristic stone inclusions to remain clearly visible.

Bianco is particularly suitable for bathrooms and living spaces where the Ceppo pattern should be present without making the room feel dark.

Pale timber creates a natural combination.

Black fittings and dark furniture provide stronger contrast.

Cream and beige keep the overall palette softer.

Bianco is also available as part of the XT20 outdoor family, allowing the lighter stone appearance to continue onto terraces.

Ceppo Grigio, the classic mineral direction

Grigio represents the most familiar Ceppo di Gré colour direction.

The grey background reinforces the natural mineral character and works especially well with contemporary architecture.

Black, white, steel, glass and timber can all be combined easily with Grigio.

R10 versions provide additional technical options where greater slip resistance is required.

The large 90 × 180 cm format is particularly interesting for Grigio because the varied inclusions can develop across a broad uninterrupted surface.

Ceppo Beige, a warmer stone effect

Ceppo Beige introduces a warmer interpretation.

The recognisable pebble structure remains visible while the beige base creates a softer and more residential character.

Timber, cream, sand colours and warm metal finishes all work particularly well with Beige.

This makes the colour suitable for warm bathrooms, kitchens with timber cabinetry and open residential interiors.

For outdoor use, the XT20 range provides corresponding 20 mm porcelain slabs.

Ceppo Antracite, darker and more architectural

Antracite is the darkest Realstone Ceppo colour.

Its deeper background creates stronger contrast with the embedded mineral elements.

The result is particularly suitable for larger spaces where the floor or wall should have a clear architectural presence.

Pale timber and cream create contrast.

Black metal and dark furniture reinforce the darker material concept.

Antracite is also available in a 20 mm outdoor version and can therefore be used as part of coordinated indoor and outdoor projects.

Natural, R10 and structured surfaces

The regular Realstone Ceppo products use a natural matte surface.

Selected shop products are classified R9 A.

Ragno and VITALE TILES also offer R10 versions for projects requiring greater slip resistance.

Strutturato variants introduce a more tactile interpretation of the same Ceppo graphic.

This makes it possible to select not only the colour and size but also the technical and tactile character of the surface.

Sizes from 60 × 60 to 90 × 180 cm

The main Realstone Ceppo range includes 60 × 60, 60 × 120, 90 × 180 and 120 × 120 cm.

60 × 60 cm is versatile for residential flooring and bathrooms.

60 × 120 cm creates a more generous layout.

120 × 120 cm reduces the number of visible joints across broad floors.

90 × 180 cm gives the irregular Ceppo inclusions considerably more space to develop.

Additional architectural dimensions can be explored under large format tiles.

Preinciso Listel, a contemporary wall detail

The Preinciso Listel is one of the most distinctive decorative pieces in the collection.

Its long narrow proportion and scored surface allow Realstone Ceppo to create contemporary wall panelling effects.

Rather than using the stone effect only as a flat floor surface, the Listel can add rhythm and texture to selected walls.

It is especially useful behind washbasins, in entrance areas and in hospitality interiors.

Triangoli Mosaic

Ragno also offers the Triangoli Mosaic in approximately 29 × 39 cm.

The triangular pieces change the scale of the Ceppo pattern and introduce geometric movement.

This makes the mosaic useful for shower niches, feature walls and smaller decorative surfaces.

It can be paired with larger Realstone Ceppo tiles in the same colour to maintain material continuity.

Additional options can be compared in the mosaic category.

Realstone Ceppo in bathrooms

Realstone Ceppo works especially well in contemporary bathrooms.

Bianco creates a lighter atmosphere.

Beige introduces warmth.

Grigio emphasises the classic mineral appearance.

Antracite creates a darker, stronger concept.

Large wall tiles can be combined with mosaics or the Preinciso Listel.

For floor applications, the required slip resistance should always be selected according to the intended area.

Further options are available under floor tiles.

Realstone Ceppo in kitchens and living spaces

The neutral colour palette makes Realstone Ceppo particularly suitable for open interiors.

Grigio combines naturally with black, grey and stainless steel kitchens.

Beige works well with timber cabinetry.

Bianco keeps an interior brighter.

Antracite creates stronger contrast.

A continuous Ceppo floor can connect the kitchen, dining area and living room while retaining enough mineral variation to give the surface its own identity.

XT20 for terraces and gardens

Realstone Ceppo XT20 extends the collection outdoors.

The slabs are 20 mm thick and available in 60 × 60 and 60 × 120 cm.

The outdoor variants provide R11 A+B+C performance in the VITALE TILES range.

This allows similar Ceppo surfaces to continue from a living area onto an adjoining terrace.

Further exterior porcelain products can be found under garden slabs.

Ceppo di Gré compared with terrazzo

Ceppo di Gré is sometimes visually associated with terrazzo because both contain clearly visible mineral fragments.

The origin of the appearance is different.

Ceppo di Gré is a natural stone with naturally occurring inclusions.

Terrazzo is a composite material.

Realstone Ceppo therefore has a stronger natural geological character, even though both aesthetics can be used in similar contemporary interior concepts.

Ragno Realstone Ceppo at VITALE TILES

Realstone Ceppo is particularly suitable for projects seeking a recognisable stone effect that remains neutral enough for broad architectural surfaces.

Bianco, Grigio, Beige and Antracite provide four coordinated colour directions.

The range includes standard matte products, R10 options, structured tiles, Preinciso Listels, Triangoli mosaics and 20 mm outdoor slabs.

Explore additional collections from the same manufacturer in the VITALE TILES Ragno range, or compare Realstone Ceppo with other stone look tiles.

We recommend viewing a physical sample before a larger order. With Ceppo inspired designs, a small sample can show only part of the full distribution and scale of the mineral inclusions.
