Ragno Gleeze

26 Items
Ragno Gleeze combines compact modular formats with an intensely glossy surface and three dimensional structures. Bianco, Grigio, Beige, Giada and Turchese are available in 10 × 10, 5 × 15 and 7.5 × 20 cm and can be combined within the same design. Egg 3D and Eye 3D add sculptural relief that changes with light and viewing angle. Gleeze is particularly suited to bathrooms, showers, kitchen splashbacks, guest WCs, bars, restaurants and decorative feature walls.

Ragno Gleeze, glossy small format porcelain tiles

Gleeze is designed around reflection, colour and volume.

Rather than creating a completely uniform wall, Ragno uses strong gloss and compact formats to produce a surface that changes with the light.

The collection contains five colours.

The complete range is available in the Ragno Gleeze category at VITALE TILES.

Bianco, Beige and Grigio

Bianco creates the brightest wall and works particularly well in small bathrooms or kitchens.

The glossy surface prevents white from appearing completely flat.

Beige introduces warmth and combines naturally with timber, cream, brass and bronze.

Grigio offers the most neutral contemporary direction.

Its grey base works with black fittings, stainless steel, timber and white sanitaryware.

All three can be used on their own or combined with the stronger Giada and Turchese colours.

Giada and Turchese

GLEEZE GIADA LUX introduces a jade inspired green.

It works particularly well with natural timber and warm metals.

Turchese is the stronger blue green colour and creates a much more visible statement.

GLEEZE TURCHESE LUX is particularly suitable for showers, bathroom feature walls, kitchen splashbacks and hospitality interiors.

Both colours change noticeably according to daylight and artificial lighting because of the highly reflective finish.

Three modular formats

The standard Gleeze surfaces are offered in:

10 × 10 cm

5 × 15 cm

7.5 × 20 cm

Ragno designed the formats to be modular with one another and uses straight edges.

This creates considerable freedom in layout.

Square and rectangular pieces can be mixed, or one format can be used throughout.

The rectangular sizes can be installed horizontally, vertically or in more decorative laying patterns.

Egg 3D

Egg is a three dimensional 10 × 10 cm wall structure.

An example available at VITALE TILES is GLEEZE BEIGE STRUTTURA EGG LUX.

The tile is 12.5 mm thick and is specifically designed for wall use.

Its convex and concave character catches light differently across every element.

Egg can be used across a complete wall or mixed with the flat 10 × 10 cm Gleeze surface.

Eye 3D

Eye uses the 7.5 × 20 cm proportion.

GLEEZE TURCHESE STRUTTURA EYE LUX shows how the stronger Turchese colour interacts with the relief.

Eye is also 12.5 mm thick and intended for walls.

Horizontal installation emphasises width.

Vertical installation reinforces height.

Because the relief reflects light from different directions, even a monochrome wall can create significant visual movement.

Combining flat, Egg and Eye surfaces

One of the main strengths of Gleeze is that a project does not need to choose between a completely flat or completely structured wall.

Flat glossy tiles can form the main surface.

Egg or Eye can then be introduced in niches, behind a basin, around a bar or on selected wall sections.

Using the same colour produces subtle variation through texture alone.

Combining colours creates a stronger decorative composition.

Bathrooms and showers

Gleeze is especially suited to bathroom walls.

Bianco keeps a room bright.

Beige adds warmth.

Grigio remains neutral.

Giada introduces a sophisticated green.

Turchese creates the strongest colour statement.

The reflection of the glossy glaze becomes particularly effective across shower walls where many small tiles create numerous individual highlights.

Additional options can be found under wall tiles.

Kitchen splashbacks

The compact formats make Gleeze highly suitable for kitchen splashbacks.

They adapt well to sockets, corners and shorter wall areas.

Bianco and Beige work well with timber and natural stone worktops.

Grigio suits darker contemporary kitchens.

Giada and Turchese can deliberately introduce colour into otherwise neutral cabinetry.

Hospitality and retail interiors

Bars, restaurants, hotels and boutiques can use Gleeze where a wall should react strongly to lighting.

Giada or Turchese can create a distinctive bar front or feature wall.

Beige offers a warmer direction.

Bianco and Grigio are easier to coordinate with a broader palette of materials.

Egg and Eye provide additional texture for illuminated feature areas.

Porcelain stoneware and intended use

Gleeze is manufactured in porcelain stoneware.

The standard flat pieces are 10 mm thick and Ragno technically marks them for floor and wall use.

Egg and Eye are 12.5 mm thick and are specifically designated for walls.

The VITALE TILES shop does not list a conventional slip resistance class for the glossy products.

For flooring, the suitability of the selected finish should therefore be checked carefully for the intended location.

Gleeze is first and foremost a highly decorative wall collection.

Ragno Gleeze at VITALE TILES

The complete range is available under Ragno Gleeze.

Each of the five colours is offered in the three standard sizes, together with corresponding Egg and Eye structures.

We particularly recommend viewing a physical sample of Gleeze before a larger order. The high gloss, colour depth and relief surfaces react strongly to the lighting and surrounding materials of the room.
